Coconut Rotti
This dish known as pol rotti or coconut flat bread in Sri Lanka. You can make this dish with flour and coconut very easily. Some people add onion, fresh chili, curry leaves as well as Finger Millet flour to the rotti mixer to make different flavors.

Ingredients
- 500g All Purpose Flour
- 250g Freshly Scraped Coconut
- One Cup Water
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp of Butter (Optional)
Instructions
- Mix flour, coconut, butter and salt to taste.
- Add water and mix well again.
- Make a non-stick mixer.
- Break it into small balls and thin those balls.
- Bake these flat balls in a pan.
- Serve with Sri Lankan Lunumiris.
