Cupcake

Cupcake is a type of cake that is made to be served individually. A mixture like a tray cake is using to make this cup cakes and you can decorate it with icing, chocolate or fruits as of your choice.

This is a basic recipe for cupcake.

Prep Time- 1 hour

Servings - 10

Ingredients

  1. 250g all-purpose flour
  2. 250g granulated sugar
  3. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  4. 4 tbsp fresh milk
  5. 250g melted butter
  6. 4 large eggs
  7. 4 tbsp vanilla
  8. 1 tbsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Shift flour, baking powder & baking soda together three times.
  2. Take a large bowl and add sugar, butter and whisk until the sugar dissolves
  3. Take another bowl and add 4 eggs one by one, beating it well.
  4. Add sugar and butter to the beated eggs, vanilla and stir for about 20 seconds.
  5. Add the sifted flour mixture to it.
  6. Beat well.
  7. Spoon this mixture into cupcake tray
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes in 180°C.
  9. The cupcakes are done when a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean when inserted in the middle of a cupcake.
  10. You can decorate this cupcake with butter icing, Cooking chocolate etc.
