Cupcake
Cupcake is a type of cake that is made to be served individually. A mixture like a tray cake is using to make this cup cakes and you can decorate it with icing, chocolate or fruits as of your choice.
This is a basic recipe for cupcake.

Ingredients
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 250g granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 tbsp fresh milk
- 250g melted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp baking soda
Instructions
- Shift flour, baking powder & baking soda together three times.
- Take a large bowl and add sugar, butter and whisk until the sugar dissolves
- Take another bowl and add 4 eggs one by one, beating it well.
- Add sugar and butter to the beated eggs, vanilla and stir for about 20 seconds.
- Add the sifted flour mixture to it.
- Beat well.
- Spoon this mixture into cupcake tray
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes in 180°C.
- The cupcakes are done when a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean when inserted in the middle of a cupcake.
- You can decorate this cupcake with butter icing, Cooking chocolate etc.
