Coconut Chutney

 Ingredients

  1. 2 cups of scraped coconut
  2. 5 Raw chilies
  3. 1 Dried chilies
  4. 2 Garlic pieces
  5. 2 Small red onions
  6. 2 tablespoons of dry tamarind sap
  7. 1 teaspoon of salt
  8. 1 small ginger piece (chopped)
  9. 2 Tablespoons of oil
  10. A sprig of curry leaves
  11. 1 tablespoon of Mustard

 

 Instructions

  1. Blend coconut, raw chilies, dried chilies, garlic, ginger, onions, tamarind sap and salt well.
  2. Heat another pan and add oil.
  3. When the oil heats up, add the curry leaves and mustard.
  4. Then add blended mixer.
  5. Serve with idli,thosa,uludu vade....etc.
