Coconut Chutney
Ingredients
- 2 cups of scraped coconut
- 5 Raw chilies
- 1 Dried chilies
- 2 Garlic pieces
- 2 Small red onions
- 2 tablespoons of dry tamarind sap
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 small ginger piece (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons of oil
- A sprig of curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon of Mustard
- Blend coconut, raw chilies, dried chilies, garlic, ginger, onions, tamarind sap and salt well.
- Heat another pan and add oil.
- When the oil heats up, add the curry leaves and mustard.
- Then add blended mixer.
- Serve with idli,thosa,uludu vade....etc.
