Sri Lankan Coconut Sambal

 Coconut Sambal


Ingredients

  1. 200g scraped coconut
  2. 50g dried red chili pieces
  3. 7 small onion cloves
  4.  2 tablespoon of lime juice
  5. 10g maldive chips (optional)
  6. Salt – As you need

Instructions

  1. Grind the onion and chili pieces and salt well.
  2. Now add coconut and dried maldive chips and grind again lightly.
  3. Remove the mixture from the grinder pot and add the lime juice and mix well.
