Sri Lankan Banana Flower Fry

 Sri Lankan vegan Banana flower fry

Ingredients

  1. 1 medium banana blossom
  2. 1 chopped large onion
  3. 2 chopped raw chilies
  4. 1 chopped tomato
  5. Maldive Fish or dried sprat fish as required
  6. 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  7. 1 tablespoon of salt powder

Instructions

  1. Cut Banana blossom into small round prices (See picture)



  2. Clean and wash maldive or sprat fish
  3. Then deep-fry banana blossom pieces & maldive or sprat fish separately (See picture)
  4. Take a bowl and add chopped tomato, onion, raw chilies and lime juice as well as salt powder
  5. Mix it well
  6. Add deep fried ingredients
  7. Stir and serve with rice & other curry
