Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- Chicken 500g
- 1 tablespoon Curry powder
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- Salt as required
- 2 chopped raw chilies
- 2 cloves of chopped red onions
- A spring of curry leaf
- 3-4 small spices of pandan leaf
- 1 small chopped ginger piece
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 crash nutmeg pieces
- 1 chopped tomatoes
- 1-2 small cinnamon pieces
- 1-2 cloves
- 2 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 cardamom
- 2 cup of water
Instructions
- Wash & cut the chicken into pieces.
- Put it into bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder, salt to taste, pepper powder to chicken pieces and mix it well.
- Take pan and add 2 tablespoon of curry powder & 2 tablespoon of chili powder.
- Fry it slightly. (Without oil)
- Now heat another pan and add oil.
- When the oil heats up, add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, curry leaf, pandan pieces, fried chili & curry powder mixer fry it about 5-10 sec in low heat.
- Now add all other ingredients except chicken spices.
- Mix it well.
- Now add seasoned chicken mixture & water.
- Cover it well and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
