Veggie Noodles

 Vegetables Noodles



Ingredients

  1. 200g  noodles
  2. Chopped Carrots, leeks, beans as required
  3. Chopped 1 large onion
  4. Chopped 2-3 garlic cloves
  5. Chopped 2-3 raw chilies
  6. 1 Egg (optional)
  7. Chopped small ginger spice
  8. Oil
  9. Ketchup (optional)
  10. Soya sauce (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Boil 1.5L of water
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to it
  3. Add the noodles and boil for few minutes
  4. Wash in cold water & strain the contents
  5. Take a pan and add oil
  6. When the oil heats up, add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic & fry it slightly
  7. Now add egg & scramble it well
  8. When softened add the carrots
  9. Add salt, pepper powder, soya sauce & ketchup as required
  10. Now add the cooked noodles and gently stir it
  11. Finally add chopped leeks
  12. Toss and mix it well
  13. Serve with Chicken curry
