Vegetables Noodles
Ingredients
- 200g noodles
- Chopped Carrots, leeks, beans as
required
- Chopped 1 large onion
- Chopped 2-3 garlic cloves
- Chopped 2-3 raw chilies
- 1 Egg (optional)
- Chopped small ginger spice
- Oil
- Ketchup (optional)
- Soya sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 1.5L of water
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to it
- Add the noodles and boil for few minutes
- Wash in cold water & strain the contents
- Take a pan and add oil
- When the oil heats up, add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic
& fry it slightly
- Now add egg & scramble it well
- When softened add the carrots
- Add salt, pepper powder, soya sauce & ketchup as required
- Now add the cooked noodles and gently stir it
- Finally add chopped leeks
- Toss and mix it well
- Serve with Chicken curry
