Ingredients

  1. 500g Roasted rice flour
  2. Salt powder as you need
  3. Hot water


Instructionss

  1. Take a bowl and add the roasted rice flour & salt power.
  2. Mix it well.
  3. Add hot water to the flour mix little by little. (Don't add too much water at once)
  4. Mix them up quickly.
  5. Knead the dough using a hand or spoon until all ingredients combined well.
  6. Make a smooth knead dough.
  7. Fill a small portion of dough inside to the string hopper press unit.
  8. Press both handles to squeeze onto the string hopper mats.
  9. Boil the water in a string hopper steamer and place the string hopper mats inside the steamer.
  10. Cover it & Steam about 5-10 minutes.
  11. Check string hoppers steam well or not.
  12. Remove the string hoppers from the string hopper mats.
  13. Serve with coconut sambal or chicken currydhal curry etc.
